E. Tracking: Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. You can track the status of your shipment using the provided tracking number.

2. Returns and Exchanges

A. Return Policy: We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

B. Return Process:

  • Pack the item securely in the original packaging and include a copy of the original packing slip or order confirmation.

  • Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to an error on our part.

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund or exchange within 3 business days.

C. Exchanges: Exchanges are subject to availability. If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact us to arrange the exchange. Additional shipping charges may apply.

D. Refunds: Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment used for the purchase. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
